|About EQ Biosciences, Inc.
EQ Biosciences, Inc. is a Nevada C Corporation company formed to manufacture and market an exciting proprietary dietary supplement, Prevennia®, which credible scientific research has shown will assist the human body
in preventing the initiation of breast and prostate cancers. Another function of EQ Biosciences, Inc. is to provide funding to our scientists to aid their continuing research in broadening the scope for verified applications of Prevennia®.
Our scientists have been engaged in cancer research since the late 1960s. Their work has been reviewed, published, critiqued, and accepted by their peers in the scientific community and has led to the granting of patents on the testing procedures, and a patent pending on the uses of Prevennia® in a wide variety of areas.
Prevennia®, when taken on a regular basis, will assist the body in preventing the formation of estrogen adducts which can cause damage to DNA, thus starting a cell on its way to forming or initiating breast or prostate cancer.
The results of these tests have convinced the organizers of EQ Biosciences, Inc. that now is the time to make Prevennia® available to the public. Not only will the manufacture and sale of Prevennia® serve a public need, it is also an exciting opportunity to create a market for a beneficial dietary supplement.
Our scientists have almost a combined 100 years of research in cancer initiation and prevention. They are recognized nationally and internationally. They have been the recipients of continuous funding for over 40 years from such sources as the National Cancer Institute and the U.S. Army Breast Cancer Institute.
At formation EQ Biosciences, Inc. was composed of two initial stock holders. Previously, our scientists formed Prevention, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company to hold the rights to their discoveries which were purchased by EQ Biosciences, Inc. for the purpose of manufacturing and marketing the patent-pending formulation in December of 2009.
John Raffanti, President and CEO of EQ Biosciences, Inc. sets the goals, defines the direction of the business, and establishes policies. John Raffanti sets the course not only for the internal team of staff and management, but also for the sales distributors. He is also responsible for developing and executing plans for expansion for international markets and for acquisition and merger strategies, which are extremely important for the Company’s long-term growth potential. John oversees all operations through a management team comprised of typical corporate “C Tree” who heads the various departments.
EQ Biosciences, Inc., a Las Vegas, Nevada company, was formed in association with the research scientists to assist women and men in achieving and maintaining healthy, normal levels of estrogen metabolites through the use of Prevennia®, a dietary supplement. Taken twice daily, Prevennia® reacts with the body’s natural processes to protect each cell and block the initiation of breast cell mutations. Research leading to Prevennia® has been funded in part by tens of millions of dollars from the National Cancer Institute and the U.S. Department of Defense.
|Prevennia®, A Dietary Supplement
EQ Biosciences has developed a dietary supplement, supported by more than 40 years of cancer research by leading experts and tens of millions of dollars in funding, designed to block the initiation of cell mutations.
| Prevennia®, Supported By Credible Research
Research has shown that when the body’s estrogen metabolism is unbalanced, the estrogen metabolites can react with DNA and thereby are prone to start the process leading to mutations in cells. Renowned scientists Dr. Ercole Cavalieri and Dr. Eleanor Rogan, who have been involved with these scientific findings and research for more than four decades, have published their findings in the following journals: International Journal of Cancer; Cancer Prevention Research; Breast Cancer: Basic and Clinical Research; Prostate; Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology; Future Oncology.
